As job-ranking rises, the ratio of woman researchers decreases. I pointed out that there were the employment and achievements system that were disadvantageous to the child rearing generations. The National Contact Center which studies gender in science extracts problems from the voices and the experience of female researchers. The center is trying to build these problems among the female researchers or in the Czech society and Europe as organizational problems the Czech academic society has. Their expecting goals are to make gender balances in the research teams and in the decision making organizations and to establish gender dimension in all research fields. Its method of reform is deductive and bottom-up, not inductive and top-down.
