Students and teachers in each school perceived differences in learning attitudes, strengths, and interests between girls and boys, and this gender stereotyping may have contributed to the bias. In other words, there are problems not only in the gender balance of professionals, but in the values of primary and secondary school teachers, and the development of values of basic school students prior to their career choices.
