| 内容記述 | Crop damages by wild boar have been drastically increased in this decade in Ishikawa Prefecture. Comprehensive study against crop damage by them has been carried out for two years by three departments and one institute in Ishikawa Prefectural University. The environmental factors of crop damage were extracted by GIS analysis and MaxEnt model was used to predict where the damages break out. Microsatellite analysis revealed that most of wild boar population in Noto peninsula came from Western Toyama Prefecture. Questionnaire surveys for local farmers suggested that pasturage retarded crop damage by wild boars. Finally, using an appropriate disinfectant in the process of processing, transportation and consumption make it possible for us to utilize wild boar meat safely. | |||||
